Sr. Sales Rep - Inside Sales

Softinet, Inc. is experiencing growth and to keep up with market demand, we are looking for talented sales professionals (full time / part time - B2B) that enjoy working in cutting-edge web technology in custom corporate, enterprise, community, and government website design and web development. 1- Responsible for the entire sales process from prospect to close
2- Lead generation / outbound calling and warm lead follow up
3- Understanding customer web / online application needs and requirements
4- Provide our one-stop e-Solutions (web design, hosting, support and marketing) services
5- Providing online demonstrations of our CRM, e-Commerce and CMS driven samples
6- Assist in writing project proposals
7- Negotiate skillfully with clients and close deals

Recommended qualifications:

1- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
2- knowledgeable in the web design / development, hosting, support services and online marketing industry
3- Ability to manage the entire sales process from prospect through close
4- A minimum of 2 years of selling experience, preferred sales eperience in website / online services
5- Enthusiastic, Highly motivated and outgoing
6- Proven track record in sales with an ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
7- Must have high ethics, integrity and interpersonal skills
8- Experience selling website design and accompanying services is a "PLUS"
9- Minimum software knowledge is preferred but not required

This is an exclusively commission-base position, leading to a regular - fulltime staff.
